How do I receive a refund and will I be refunded for the full value of my order?
Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of our dispatch date (14 days for sale items). All product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. When will I receive a refund for the returned items?
Refunds are processed on the day they are received and take 1-3 days to show in your account. This is of course subject to the refunds policy. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. All incurred duties and taxes will need to be claimed back through the postal service, when returning your items back to DNA ARMY. DNA ARMY is not responsible for the refund of international customs duties and sales taxes. If you need help with claiming with the postal service please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I return an item to one of the DNA stores?
No, items cannot be returned directly to the store. They must be posted back to:
